My experience in this area:

I am participating with our District's Community Technology Chair who has over 30-years experience in computers and communication technology. I am responsible for writing and or reviewing all district technology grants and have been directly involved in our districts Distance Learning Network and the implementation of computer/communications technology in our district.

What I hope to learn:

We wish to learn how to apply for telecomunications discounts under the new federal Universal Service Program. We wish information on what should be our district relationship in working with Bell Atlantic.
