My experience in this area:

Am participating in Allegheny's outreach project to improve the health of a disadvantaged area of Philadelphia. My role is to look into use of networks for health education. I have a doctorate in information systems hand have worked in medical systems for 25 years.

What I hope to learn:

Hope to learn how to apply for universal service subsidy for schools that we partner with in the community. How to build partnerships to make it work. What will make a proposal successful.
