My experience in this area:

I have worked extensively in the technology area, first at IU 29 and then at IU 21. I operated the Internet node and service for IU 21 school districts and so have a keen interest and much technical experience in telecommunications. I also represent the Pennsylvania Intermediate Units on the PA EdLinc Coalition, and I am very familiar with the telecommunications act and the FCC Rules and Guidelines on implementation.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn from the participants more about the issues they are facing and the questions they have. I would like to anticipate questions ahead of time so we can come up with solutions.
