My experience in this area:

I have been a Director in a Municipal Library which means I have some understanding of finances in that situation. Additionally I have experience working in an electronic environment in both public and academic libraries. Equality of access as well as the individual's right to information are additional interests of mine and the responsibility of corporate citizen in assisting in a nation's access to information are issues and interests which may be pertinent to this discussion.

What I hope to learn:

Opinions of librarians and others which will inform me further on the topic and expand my own thinking on it.
