My experience in this area:

I've set up a 250 node network that 1400 students use accross two campuses. We have a T-1 connection to the internet and a ATM switch on campus. We work on Win NT 3.51, 4.0 and Win 95.

What I hope to learn:

How to easily apply for and get outside funding to help ease the cost of implimentation.
