How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: flyer in U.S. mail

My experience in this area:

As an executive director of a public library, I can share many of the questions that we have regarding the discounts. I can also share what we have done so far to try to prepare libraries in our area for the discounts.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to gain a better understanding of what is involved in applying for the discounts; how to write a technology plan; how to put all the information together for the application process and information on how libraries apply as a library system versus as an indiviual library.
