I want to point you toward a resource that can be of help in obtaining the
latest information about the E-rate.

Given the complexity of this program and the need to disseminate
information quickly, the Pennsylvania Department of Education has created a
listserve you can subscribe you.  Simply send a message to:
	E-rate@lists.cas.psu.edu
In the subject line type:
	subscribe

You will then automatically be added to a list of E-mail users who will
receive periodic updates on the E-rate program.  We plan to use this
listserve as a way to quickly send you information when clarifications are
provided by the FCC and when the applications become available.
