Several new resources have appeared on Web sites maintained by the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  These resources should be very
valuable for groups seeking discounts under the Universal
Service discount program.

1- The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has placed telephone
tariffs - effective and proposed - online at their Web site:

	http://puc.paonline.com

2- The Pennsylvania Department of Education has added new
materials to their Web site.  The "What's New" page

	http://www.cas.psu.edu/docs/pde/new.html

is a good place to look.  Of particular interest to participants
in the US:PA online seminar will be the announcement of new
technology funding under the Link-to-Learn program and materials
relating to the federal E-Rate program.
