The FCC is holding a public workshop in Washington tomorrow,
Friday, October 10, 1997 to discuss its draft application
form for Universal Service discounts.  An announcement
of the workshop can be found on the FCC Web site,

This document contains a pointer to the draft forms themselves,
which are available for download in Adobe Acrobat format.  We
are now getting very close to the time when schools and
libraries can be submitting their applications.
