Downtown: Where Is Abraham Lincoln's Bed?

The article entitled "Lincoln's Room Preserved" raises an interesting question:

What, in fact, happened to Abraham Lincoln's bed and to the appointments that once furnished his room at the Monongahela House?
While the article asserts that the room was to be memorialized in Pittsburgh, 60 years after the demolition of the Monongahela House, the furnishings that once provided comfort to Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, William McKinley, Mark Twain, Teddy Roosevelt and numerous other notables are nowhere to be seen.

Where are they?
Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Mr. Lincoln's bed,
please email The Pennsylvania Department.
