You are more than welcome to attempt to assist the RAB in its efforts.

However, I suggest that you gather far more information about the matter before you jump to conclusions. For example, you made the following statement : "Get media coverage of the protests." If you had troubled yourself to inquire of me you would have been informed that the media were always invited to RAB meetings and that on numerous occassions RAB members directly approached various members of the media right in their offices with information. There was some coverage - but certainly not enough.

Your point about organizing the local communities is a valid point. Of course, organizing civil protests which you seem to recommend can be problematic and is easier said than actually done.

Are you volunteering to serve as a "good cop?"
