Burnie,
You have to understand that often things are made difficult on purpose. I was signed up to participate in this dialog but my name had mysteriously disappeared from the notification list. But here I am anyways. The trick is to stick with and play their games. You have to in order to accomplish your goals. Please don't be discouraged, you are not alone out there, there are lots of us.
