I completely agree with Al Wilson. Recommendation 38 should be removed or changed to put the governance of the adult educaton, non credit, under the adult ed k-12, division.
This item has been mentioned many times over the last two weeks.
I am concerned that none of the panel members have addressed it.
Is there support for changing this language?
