What sort of learning environment, or setting, is needed for a quality education?

- Does this apply equally to K-12 and postsecondary education?
- Is the statement in the draft Master Plan sufficient?

To learn more about the definition in the draft Plan, go to the Agenda and click on Student Learning. The "Background for the Discussion" gives a summary, with links to the draft Plan.
